       Construction company "MLAD" - the enterprise which is carrying out the activity on a contract basis.

     We – the enterprise contractor, which doesn't carry out construction of facilities with performance of a full complex of the works provided for this purpose for own or raised funds with the subsequent their sale, and, on the contrary, carries out a full complex of the customers provided for implementation of the project for means of these customers. We are professionals, and professionals always work for money, money of our customers.

          We don't sell finished goods (square meters of living spaces or rent of the areas of trade and commercial real estate). We sell the professional skills, ability and skill, the ability to fulfill all requirements of our customers not only to a subject of the order, but also to process of its performance.

         We "sell" our processes and in order that we were "bought", our processes are the best and provide the maximum satisfaction of requirements.

        Any enterprise is created and carries out the activity for the purpose of receiving profit. Achievement of this purpose by contract organization perhaps only at the maximum satisfaction of requirements of customers, and, not only to the made production (the performed works or the rendered services), but also to process of its production (performance of work or rendering services). Thus observance of the existing legislative and standard requirements always is the obligatory requirement of the customer.

     The understanding of the above defines the most important principle of work of the enterprise – orientation to the customer.

         Identification, coordination and satisfaction of requirements of the customer at all stages of implementation of the project – the fundamental principle of activity of the enterprise.

        We accurately understand, that the customer is a not only legal or natural person for whom the realization of this or that project is enabled (production is made, works are performed, services), it and internal consumers of results of this or that activity or process (experts and divisions of the company are rendered), who also have the right to refuse use of the results which aren't conforming to requirements to them. Such approach considerably increases the responsibility of each employee of the enterprise for results of the made actions that in turn positively influences timely and high-quality performance of work in general by request.
