The goal and tasks of the company
THE GOAL OF THE COMPANY: Maximum satisfaction of requirements of Customers and other interested parties: ► in decrease in the expenses connected with implementation of the project (order) and the maximum reduction of terms of its realization at permanently high quality of the performed works (the rendered services) determined by the existing standard documentation (DBNY, Construction Norms and Regulations, state standard specifications and so forth); ► in performance by the ALL contract organization of the works and functions connected with implementation of the project including functions of the Customer provided by the legislation. Including: ► in providing with contract organization, removal of object on design capacity and its smooth functioning (for the purpose of acceleration of payback of investments) in the parameters set by the project during the warranty period established by the legislation. TASKS OF THE COMPANY: Achievement of a goal of the company is possible at the solution of the following main objectives: ► ensuring continuous development and deployment of competitive advantages in the cost and terms of performance of work (rendering services) with providing standard requirements to quality of these works due to systematic improvement and optimization of kinds of activity carried out by the enterprise, processes and a control system of quality as a whole; ► introduction of new types of activity carried out by the enterprise taking into account all works provided by the legislation and the functions connected with implementation of the project, including functions of the Customer, with development both continuous improvement and optimization of the corresponding documentary procedures; ► development, introduction both continuous improvement and optimization of activity of the enterprise for guarantee and post warranty maintenance of objects according to the projects (orders) realized by the company.
