Constructional and technological characteristics:

The blasting chamber is built into the assembly line of uninterrupted cycle;
Walls and roof consist of metal frame with protecting enclosures from prefabricated “sandwich” panels, trimmed by protective rubber material;
Floors are concrete and reinforced;

There are completed:

Manufacturing and installation of metal frame;
Installation of protecting enclosures of walls and roof;
Installation of technological equipment and systems of work production;
A full range electric installation works with end users connection.

The general term of designing, constructions manufacturing and the building of turnkey project is 2 months.
