Shot blasting chamber of metal constructions cleaning for Frunze Research and Production Association, Sumy.

Constructional and technological characteristics:

Technology consists in an uninterrupted process of treatment of large welded metal constructions, fed into the blasting cabinet by the rail transport-haul truck which was developed by us;
Walls and roof consist of metal frame with protecting enclosures from prefabricated “sandwich” panels, trimmed by protective rubber material;
Floors are concrete, reinforced with a scraper conveyor, used to clean metal shots and with rails for the transport-haul truck.

There are completed:

Project work development;
manufacturing and installation of metal frame;
installation of enclosures of walls and roof;
installation of technological equipment and systems of work production;
a full range electric installation works with all end users connection.

The general term of designing, constructions manufacturing and building of turnkey project is 2 months.
