Reconstruction with extension of non-residential premises for the manufacture of metal and plastic products,  Brovary

► Objectives, solved during the project:

• Extension of existing non-residential premises for the manufacture of metal and plastic products through superstructure of technical floor and two office floors with adding of two stair-lift sections;
• Increasing of  production capacity of workshops for production of metal and plastic product;
• Reception of additional source of income by leasing the unused area;
• A significant increase in the object’s value (in case of subsequent sale) by extending functionality and applicability.

► Constructional features of the existing building:

• An existing building is a single-storey building of the former manufactured product store;
• Base bearing capacity is not sufficient for the future object loads;
• foundations are concrete strip foundations of the blocks;
• walls and roof are constructed from concrete reinforced enclosures on prefabricated concrete reinforced frame;
• floors are mosaic concrete floors.

► There are completed:

• The project of foundation base fastening;
• Fixing of base soil foundation of the workshop building, followed by their laboratory tests;
• Development of conceptual design, project stage "P" (draft), documentation;
• A comprehensive project assessment and receipt of positive expert report.

The general term of design and fastening foundation base is 5 months.
