Features:

Completed:

• Full condition survey bearing structures of the roof, skylight and all other supporting structures of the shops of the plant with drawing up a report on the examination;

• Cost analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of options for different roofing materials, including: rigid roof applying galvanized, galvanized and painted and aljumogalvanized of corrugated sheet and light steel structures; soft roof with the use of a filler material; soft roof with application of roofing membrane. On set of characteristics the best option was recognized as a hard roof with the use of aljumogalvanized of corrugated sheet and light steel structures;

• Based on the experience of the reconstruction of such roofs in the EU, developed a working draft device rigid roof over the existing roof, and also the project of reconstruction of the aeration lantern in the light-aeration;

• Fabrication and installation of steel structures of the roof from the lungs of cold-formed sections;

• Mounting of enclosing structures of the roof of aljumogalvanized profiled sheet;

• Manufacture and installation of angular elements and element junctions (valley, ridge and gable trims, etc.);

• Fabrication and installation of metal fences and running tracks (ladders);

• Device full storm sewer.

The total period of performance of the above-described work package – 6 months.
