Sprue cutting complex JSC "DnSZ"
Another project has been implemented to modernize existing production technologies and equipment supporting these technologies. Chipping complex for cutting sprues as one of the sections of the foundry. The cutting technology provides: supply of a workpiece weighing up to 5 (five) tons and up to 8 (eight) meters long into the chamber of the complex for cutting by a transport and delivery technological trolley on rails of the appropriate carrying capacity and dimensions, driven by a winch with an endless cable with local and remote control from the console; directly trimming works in the trimming chamber equipped with automatic sectional doors with top lift, curtains made of tarpaulin with fire-resistant impregnation, terminals for connecting welding cables, ventilation system with aspiration of dust and gases generated during the work; issuance of the processed workpiece (after trimming) by the same technological trolley for further processing. The cutting complex consists of: rail track; transport and delivery technological trolley with a carrying capacity of 5 (five) tons with trailers; winches with an endless cable and a control panel, both local (from the buttons on the shield) and remote (from a portable control panel) and disconnecting limit switches; cable ways (guides); shelters of the complex consisting of a cutting chamber and a technical room in which power supply panels and control starters are mounted, as well as technological equipment for cutting with automatic sectional doors, sliding doors and LED lighting; ventilation system with aspiration of dust and gases generated during the cutting and consisting of a system of air ducts with a diameter of 315 mm to 630 mm, a cyclone and a fan with the appropriate technical characteristics; power supply and control systems of the complex. We have completed the full range of works envisaged by the project, including: geodetic works; examination of the condition of existing load-bearing structures; development of a working project of the complex; manufacturing and installation of metal structures, enclosing structures, engineering systems and networks of the complex; production and installation of a transport and delivery technological trolley, rail and cable tracks, installation of a winch and a control system for the delivery of blanks. The total turnkey project implementation period was 4 months. We believe that this project will contribute to the development and modernization of the Customer's production and will become another positive factor in the development of our cooperation.
