Inspection of the framework columns of the Central Concentrating Factory of the Krasnolimanskaya Mine
The total duration of intensive operation of the central processing plant of the Krasnolimanskaya mine is more than half a century. Moreover, the load-bearing structures of the factory (and most of them are metal) are operated in aggressive environments (the constant presence of a large amount of process water with aggressive components, coal dust (and this is an abrasive), etc.). It is determined that under such conditions, load-bearing structures (especially metal ones) are subject to corrosion, which leads to a loss in the section of profiles and a decrease in the ability of structures to perceive the loads acting on them and, subsequently, to the appearance of defects that affect the state of these structures up to emergency. During the next start-up of the factory after a long downtime, critical deformations of a part of the load-bearing columns of the building frame were revealed, ignoring which could lead to an emergency. To restore the operational suitability of structures (columns), we carried out a survey of the declared load-bearing columns of the frame of the CEP building and developed working documentation to strengthen these structures.
