Project-estimate documentation
In any good project all decisions should be accurate, clear, coordinated with all participants of a project, and fully prepared for realization. Quality of works, as well as of a possibility to finish them within a given time and budget, depend to a large extend on it.
Understanding importance of proper preparation of project-estimate documentation, we developed and implemented standards of projection which provided us with:

For our partners we recommend to prepare project-estimate documentation after pre-project analysis on the two projection stages:
►Stage P – “project” – on this stage the basic project decisions are being taken without specifications. Our partners can direct project documentation for expertise. It will accelerate the reception of permission for the beginning of works.
►Stage WD – “work documentation” – development of detailed project documentation in accordance to which construction works are being executed. The documentation of this stage is being prepared when the documentation of the stage “P” passes the expertise. It provides an opportunity to take into account all comments from experts and to reduce significantly the overall time of projection.
