Strenghtening of the foundations and soil- foundations

During realization of any project the existing conditions are not always ideal. For example, geological surveys can show that soil foundations cannot withstand the load of the future object. As another example, you can imagine that because of different reasons (such as landslides, ground waters, gusts and critical condition of underground facilities) the foundations of a building were destroyed / weakened, and its further reconstruction seems to be impossible without expensive interventions

There is a solution for this kind of situations – it is an increase of bearing capacity of soil-foundationsup to the parameters under which the soil-foundations would be able to take the load from the future object. In other words– to strengthen them.

We successfully solve this kind of tasks.

We developed and patented a unique method of strengthening of foundations and stabilization of sediments of various buildings.

►  The advantages of our method:

• Increase of bearing capacity of fixed bases by achieving a higher strength of a backfill stone;
• Possibility to drill wells of small diameter at a given depth. It allows the use of small-sized and low power-consuming equipment which makes it possible to work in remote places;
• Use of fluids of high penetrating power which is being insured by the laminar fluid motion. It reduces the number of wells and save consumer’s budget;
• Use of specially developed, improved and price-optimal composition of a (securing) fluid.

It is necessary to note that our technology makes it possible to perform works on sanitation, waterproofing and foundations strengthening of hydro-technical constructions.

► Our methodology was successfully implemented in:

• construction of underground and overground objects of coal mines in Western Donbass (sewage pumping stations, sewers, water-tanks, mine drainage sumps, shafts, and underground coal bunkers);
• strengthening of soils and foundations of buildings of Kherson Shipbuilding Plant;
