Implementation of the project

      The realization of projects (orders) by our company is enabled in five stages:

​​►  The idea - formation of idea, qualities and properties of future object – on which we carry out:

• Engineering* (including performance of functions of the customer), including:          

1. Joint with the Customer of formation of idea of future object, its qualitative characteristics and properties, and also its technical features and opportunities of an embodiment of ideas of the customer in life, including definition approximate (at this stage) project costs;

2. Choice of the land plot of the project answering the purpose or assessment of compliance to these purposes of the available land plot;

3. Definition of all necessary for implementation of the project of basic data, including: conclusions; permissions and coordination; specifications, and also identification of possible restrictions.

• Inspection of a condition of designs of existing objects (at reconstruction, modernization and/or technical reequipment);

• Carrying out geological researches and determination of properties of soil;

• Carrying out geodetic works;

• Performance of so-called predesign studies, including outline sketch of object.

►  The plan — joint with the Customer planning of realization conceived with definition on the integrated indicators of necessary types and amounts of works and their cost, resources necessary for their performance, suppliers of these resources and their cost, and also terms of implementation of the project, the periods and the amounts of financing - development of "The plan of implementation of the project"

• Engineering* (including performance of functions of the customer)

1. Planning of performance of work on implementation of the project at all stages;

2. Definition of group of performers of the provided works on implementation of the project;

3. Primary selection of the suppliers necessary for implementation of the project of materials and the equipment on a tender basis.

• Development of the feasibility study on investments (the feasibility report - investments) in implementation of the project;

• Development (on the integrated indicators), coordination and the statement preliminary "The plan of implementation of the project".

►  The project - comprehensive design and technical and engineering and technological preparation of works taking into account and within terms defined by "The plan of implementation of the project" and the cost of its realization;

• Engineering* (including performance of functions of the customer);

1. Planning, management, organization, providing and control of performance of work of a stage;

2. Definition (appointment as the order) groups of performers and the provided works responsible for a performance stage;

3. Receiving all necessary for implementation of the project of basic data, data, the conclusions, permissions and coordination and specifications;

4. Control and ensuring quality of works performed at this stage and also the corresponding documentary registration of their performance (control of drawing up executive documentation).

• Development, coordination and approval of the design and budget documentation (DBD);

• Development of projects of not standardized equipment;

• Development, coordination and approval of the works project (AWP);

• Clarification (on the basis of data of design and budget documentation and the project of production of works), coordination and claim of working "Plan of realization of project" 

►   Building is the detailed planning, organization, providing, control, documentary fixing and directly  implementation of works on building of object with a subsequent input him inexploitation;

• Engineering* (including performance of functions of the customer);   

1. Planning, management, organization, providing and control of implementation of works of the stage;

2. Determination (setting an order) of performers and accountable for implementation of the works envisaged by the stage;

3. Final selection of suppliers necessary for realization of project of properties and equipment on tender basis;

4. Control and providing of quality executable on this implementation of project of works and corresponding documentary registration of their implementation (control of drafting of executive documentation) phase;

5. Input of object in operation and registration of the property right to object.

• Architectural supervision;

• General in a row (general contract);

• Production and installation of a metalwork;

• Production and installation of the technological and not standardized equipment and pipelines;

• Installation and construction works, including:

1. Production and installation of the fast-built and fast-mounted buildings and constructions;

2. Installation engineering networks, systems and equipment (heating and ventilation, plumbing and sanitary, conditioning and electric);

3. Installation of processing equipment and pipelines;

4. Strengthening of the bases of soil and bases;

5. Non-explosive destruction of concrete and reinforced concrete foundations, designs and not dimensions.

►   The object - achievement by object of the indicators provided by the project, maintenance of object is able capable to provide design indicators, guarantee and post warranty maintenance.

• Engineering* (including performance of functions of the customer);  

1.  Full complex of the actions connected with removal of object on design indicators and ensuring its smooth functioning in the mode determined by the project.

• Removal of object on the indicators provided by the project, including commissioning;

• Carrying out periodic inspection of a condition of object and its ability to reach the indicators provided by the project;

• Periodic carrying out the procedural works providing smooth functioning of object in the mode determined by the project;

• Dismantle of object with the subsequent installation on a new place or without it (in case of adoption of the relevant decision by the customer).

* Engineering (in our understanding) is a full complex of actions for planning, management, providing and control of implementation of the project (or a project stage) with the subsequent achievement of design indicators and providing these indicators during all life cycle of object.
